Quantification of Evapotranspiration by Calculations and Measurements Using a Lysimeter

چکیده

Evapotranspiration is one of the key elements water balance in nature. It significantly influences supply unsaturated zone a soil profile. The source for biosphere. aim this study to measure, calculate and analyze course actual evapotranspiration, precipitation dew totals as well flows at lower boundary change content specified volume. measurements are used verifying results numerical simulation. methods were chosen based on hypothesis that dynamics changes result interactions between atmosphere, plant cover. quantified by balance, lysimeter simulation model HYDRUS-1D, version 4. abovementioned parameters East Slovakian Lowland, with an hourly time step during years 2017, 2018 2020. have shown evapotranspiration exceeded all monitored periods, specifically 22% 14% 2019, 10% deficit was compensated capillary inflow from groundwater level zone. A verification measurement has imprecise relation quantification This inaccuracy manifested higher value which average 11%. performance mathematical assessed satisfactory analysis regime.

evaluation of reference evapotranspiration models for a semiarid environment using lysimeter measurements

an accurate determination of evapotranspiration is required for many studies that involve estimation of the water balance. one methodology is the use of lysimeters. considering the semiarid climate of kerman province, in southeastern parts of iran, the only operating electronic weighing lysimeter in the country was used for calculating daily eto from april 2004 to march 2005 in three different ...

Estimation of evapotranspiration using diurnal groundwater level fluctuations: Comparison of different approaches with groundwater lysimeter data

[1] In wetlands or riparian areas, water withdrawal by plants with access to groundwater or the capillary fringe often causes diurnal groundwater fluctuations. Various approaches use the characteristics of these fluctuations for estimation of daily groundwater evapotranspiration rates. The objective of this paper was to review the available methods, compare them with measured evapotranspiration...

Fuzzy-Probabilistic Calculations of Evapotranspiration

Evaluation of evapotranspiration uncertainty is needed for proper decision-making in the fields of water resources and climatic predictions (Buttafuoco et al., 2010; Or and Hanks, 1992; Zhu et al., 2007). However, in spite of the recent progress in soil-water and climatic uncertainty quantification, using stochastic simulations, the estimates of potential (reference) evapotranspiration (Eo) and...
